The CL600 Series are a heavy duty mechanical locks that allows the code to be changed from the front via a key.



The CL600 Quick Code systems brings significant advantages within commercial applications such as schools, hospitals and local authorities by giving greater control of coded access on multiple doors without the partial or full removal of the lock itself. The Quick Code system is available on all models in the CL600 range and uses an innovative new design to allow the keyholder to change the code using the keypad on the front of the lock.

The new range is a retrofit, reduced cost replacement for the Kaba 1000 series of mechanical locks yet with the quicker code benefit.

Each model in the range has over 8,000 possible code combinations, a key override feature as standard and locks supplied keyed alike on request giving convenient control to the keyholder. To code or uncode the lock the key must be turned anti-clockwise in the cylinder and the number buttons rotated through 180° clockwise using the code change tool to activate.

The CL600 has reversible handles and fits doors between 35mm and 60mm thick without modification. Each model is available in either a brushed steel or polished brass finish and is weather resistant, making it suitable for both internal and external use. Codelocks CL600 range of locks are supplied with a front load cylinder feature, allowing the lock to be easily re-pined or replaced.



Traditionally code changing on mechanical locks has required the lock to be removed from the door, the CL600 launch is the first mechanical lock where on door code changes can be made in seconds!

The locks can be used as the primary lock on most doors, particularly in high traffic situations. The CL600 Series Lock has varying functions available. The locks allow for various ways of managing entry by code, by key and by Passage mode operation of the lever handle on the CL615 model.
