1 or 2-Door Stand-Alone Access Control with audit trail capability! It's a flexible system so you can start with one door and you can add a second door later by just adding a second proximity card reader or keypad.
Or the system can control two
doors with one reader each or a single door with reader-in
and reader-out. The door controller is supplied with two
heavy-duty SPDT - 3 amp @ 28 VDC relays, one for each
controlled door or gate. Power for either one or two proximity card readers or digital keypads is provided with the system and they are powered directly from the Dortronics panel. Power for the optional locking devices such as electric strikes or magnetic locks must be powered from a separate power supply. Since it's made by Dortronics, it's a high quality easy to use system.
The EZ-Access door controller
has a capacity for 2,000 active user cards or PINs.
Proximity Card / Key Tag or Keypad.
The EZ-Prox readers will read secure EZ-Prox cards or
RFID key ring tags. Most 26-bit Wiegand devices may be
used with the #8960-15 controller, including the Dortronics
#8160xWG heavy-duty digital keypad which is ideal for
exterior door or gate applications.
Programmed Off-line.
Users can be easily programmed in or out of the system
using a programming card or keypad code. Lost cards can
be deleted using the card/tag simulator.
Event History.
Download an audit trail with the EZ-Logger software, when
the door controller is connected to a computer through the
on-board USB connection. The downloaded event history
buffer can then be saved and printed.
Compact Size
The EZ-Access 2-door controller is supplied in a 4 x
5 x 1 PVC enclosure, as shown.

Quick and Simple Programming:
Program Using the Keypad or Card Reader The
first PIN code or card presented to the system is
automatically stored in memory as the master
programming ID. User IDs for valid access can
then be added to or deleted from the system.
