With Hartmann-Controls it's "Access made simple". This new lower priced system was created for small businesses and homes. EZ-ACC is ideal for the smaller installation, or for companies new to access who do not want to be overwhelmed with complexity or support issues. EZ-ACC is the simplest most cost effective system on the market to date. Add as many as 16 doors total simply by networking up to eight Hartmann 2 door control panels together. Extra control panels can be added at any time. Each panel controls 2 doors.

This system includes the following: One Hartmann two door controller, two thin mullion proximity card readers, five proximity cards, five proximity fobs, one USB converter for PC connection, one plug in transformer (power supply), one backup 12 volt 7ah battery, one programming and audit trail software CD and one heavy duty system enclosure.

Access Privileges

Access privilege allows the administrator to assign privileges to specified cardholders. For example, you may have a Master access privilege, individuals with this privilege would have access to all the doors in the system, whereas other groups or individuals may have restricted access by time or entry point throughout the facility.

Cardholder

Record pertinent information of cardholders by using standard fields like Name, Employee Number etc. or customize headings for any of the optional fields. A powerful search feature allows you to search against any of the defined fields, or you may sort cardholders by last names, first names or card number. Importing of Cardholder information allows for quick cardholder setup.

Time Zones

Create up to 200 different Time Zones for you to assign to Access Privileges for automatically unlocking and locking doors. Entry/Door Control Have maximum control of who enters your facility by installing an EZ-ACC Door Controller in your building. EZ-ACC Door Controllers offer simple installation combined with the simplest interface on the market.

Reports

Easy to use predefined reports will allow the system administrator to quickly review system activity. Run a report on user movement or door activity, etc. (Who and when)

Fully Distributed Processing

EZ-ACC has been designed as a distributed system, where individual components will not compromise the integrity of the entire system. EZ-ACC controllers will operate 100% independently of the software.
