Hartmann Controls Access Control Systems delivers everything you need in an access control system and much more. Start with a 2 or 4 or 8 door system and you can add as many doors as you need later on by just buying more systems and connecting them in a simple 2 wire network. Our system was built with you in mind. Our software has been touted as the easiest system to navigate and make any necessary changes, whether you are adding or removing a card to adding a holiday schedule, our large icons with plain English buttons make it a breeze even for inexperienced computer users. Even features that other companies charge hundreds of dollars extra for are included free! This system may be expanded by just adding additional panels and connecting them with two wires. So for instance, start with a 4 door system. To add 4 more doors just purchase another 4 door system and so on. See options below for longer range proximity readers for gated communities.
A very robust, extremely simple Access Control system designed for: Multiple LAN (TCP/IP) support, multiple RS485 channels (local) as well as multiple remote site dial- up making multiple building managemnt a snap. Each system includes the main panel, communications cable, Plug in 16.5VAC @ 40VA transformer, Stand by 12VDC 7.0Ah backup battery , Full Protector software and USB cable with power supply for PC connection, 2 or 4 or 8 slim Hartmann mullion proximity and your choice of either 25 of the small fob type keys or 25 or 50 of the larger regular badge type prox with cut out and in addition, Hartmann Controls Corporation will offer FREE Tech Support to customers of The Keyless Lock Store for a period of 60 days from date of purchase. Additional Tech Support can be purchased directly through Hartmann Controls Corporation for $250 per month to a maximum of 5 Incidents per month.

Now allow special Users to arm/disarm your alarm system via presenting a Card 3 times at designated readers. Doors can be zoned to lock down on arming of alarm system.
Also allows special cards to simply lock down doors in case of emergency. This new feature will work with most alarm systems.
The Free Software:
First Card In: Turn this feature on for a selected door and that door will not unlock until the first valid user presents a card. This is great protection from having your door unlock on a schedule before anyone has arrived.
17 User defined fields are available for each cardholder, providing ample information for system administrators.
Extremely flexible Timed Anti-Pass Back features which prevent sharing of cards. An example would be for paid parking or a facility that requires paid membership to gain access.
Reports: Print reports such as “Who’s in”, giving you a snapshot of who is in your facility. Track door or cardholder activity using a variation of search criteria. System Configuration reports are also available.
CCTV: Protector easily integrates with your CCTV system, controlling your monitors and cameras via matrix switchers.
Instant Card enable and disable: A great security feature! When a cardholders privilege is added or removed, the field panels are notified of the changes so as to block or allow access through the doors.
Holidays are simple to add with each time zone having one holiday schedule.
Software has online help, just press F1 on any screen and the corresponding help file will pop up with an explanation.
View events as they happen by opening the chronological screen.
Software Override control of any Door, Elevator Floor, Input Point, Output Point (i.e. lock, unlock, resume).
Independent Time Schedules for every Door, Elevator Floor, Input Point, Output Point, consisting of up to two scheduled open times per day. Each day can be different, as well as having a schedule to follow on a defined holiday.
Use our smart controller board to control or monitor other items, i.e. lighting via timers.
Graphical Maps/Device Status screens, allows you to view your floor plan with real time status of all doors using colored icons. Our scrolling feature allows you to view all of your floor plans automatically.
Your Protector access system does not require a dedicated PC.
Fully Distributed Processing which means your system will operate 100% independently, if your server PC is unavailable. Each controller will store 2000 event in the memory on the panel until you upload information to the protector software.
Multiple workstations, you can control your database from different workstations.(i.e. Human Resources can be making changes to cardholder configurations, while a guard or area manager can be locking and unlocking doors).
Database architecture is based on the robust Microsoft Access.

The System:
With the flexibility of Hartmann Controls you can control any number of doors on your site or at any site through your computer network via LAN/WAN, or phone line.
Setting up your system is as easy as:
1. Assign Access Privileges, which tells the computer which groups of employees have access to which areas, e.g. executives, may have higher access privileges then manufacturing, or maintenance.
2. Now add names to cardholders who will be issued cards.
3. Assign time zones for the doors you have on your system. E.g. you can have the main entrance only accessible between 9-5, and an employee entrance between 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. Simply go to time zone configuration and click and drag your time zone(s).
Hartmann Controls Access systems can also control your Elevator access, limit access to specified floors to predetermined groups of employees, and times.
Our High Security feature allows you to assign doors that you require a card and also a PIN number to gain access, and you can assign time zones to those doors as well for e.g., During regular hours card holders use their card and after hours they use their card and then enter their PIN.

Putting employee pictures on your cards is a snap with our Photo Badging feature. Customize your cards with your company logo and backround.
Our Time & Attendance feature allows you to track when cardholders enter and exit the workplace, and totals the number of hours and minutes they were there.

Wire requirments: use belden #8777 22 6 straight wires - overall shielded cable between the readers and panel - 500 feet max. Please note that you can buy this wire at a good price from many wire vendors on the intenet. Try Googling Belden 8777.
