Kaba Mas (Formerly Mas Hamilton) X09 Series Lock

Kaba Mas X09 Series records the number of openings and is non-resettable. It also records the number of unsuccessful attempts. This count is reset whenever the lock is opened and lets you know if someone has been in your container. Power-Up Notice: Inactivity at the container may require you to briskly turn the dial to the left approximately 40 times to power up the lock. The X-09 is self-powered using PowerStar™ technology (an internal self-activating power-plant), and features a limited view LCD display. A twist of the Kaba Mas X09 Series dial provides all the power necessary to enter the combination, as well as review audit features. The X-09 provides all of the benefits of high-security electronic locking while maintaining the reliability of a mechanical lock, independent of batteries or outside power sources. Plus, the tamper-resistant X-09 can not be “hacked” because the digital information is hidden in the processor’s non-volatile memory. X-09™ Applications: We’ve integrated the X-09 technology with a rim deadbolt platform to represent a unique and complete high security door lock solution while complying with most safety requirements. Along with the X-09, the combination door lock unit is added to form the CDX-09 which allows you to have access control on any door. The CDX-09 conforms to FF-L-2890.

High Security Pedestrian Exit Device* Kaba Mas has configured the X-09 in ways that fit your specific applications. We’ve mated the CDX-09 with both a mechanical fire rated exit device or an electronic latch retraction fire rated exit device (for use with your card reader or other input device). In either application, the modified CDX-09 is interconnected with the exit device releasing the deadbolt and the latchbolt when the touch bar is depressed.
