This is a real full set mortise lock including the lock itself with a full 1 inch bolt and seperate latch, the cylinder,
the inside and outside beveled escutcheon plates, a pair of knobs and a strike plate.
All exposed parts are polished brass. This is not a cheap "bit" key or "skeleton" key type lock. It
uses and comes with a modern brass mortise cylinder.
Function: Latchbolt operates by knob on either side unless the outside is locked by the side button. Deadbolt is operated by the inside thumbturn. Key outside operates
both dead and latch bolts. Latch deadlocks when deadbolt is thrown.

•2 1/2 inch backset
•1/2 inch latch throw
•Solid brass 1 1/4 inch cylinder
•Boxed with full instructions and all the necessary parts
for a new or retro installation. Great replacement apt. door lock.
Face plate: 1 1/16 inches W X 7 5/8 H inches
Outside escutcheon plate: 2 3/4 inches W X 10 inches H
Inside escutcheon plate: 2 1/4 inches W X 7 inches H
