4. OVERTIME : Date wise OT hrs / total OT hrs for a period.
5. ATTENDANCE : Date wise attendance for given period.
6. SHIFT SCHEDULE : Date wise shift schedule for given period.
7. EARLY DEPARTURE : Date wise early hrs / total early hrs for a period.
C. MONTHLY:
1. ATTENDANCE : Date wise Present/Absent/Leaves with their totals for a month.
2. OVERTIME : Date wise OT report for a month.
3. MUSTER REPORT : Date wise Present / Absent / week off status for a month.
4. PERFORMANCE : Date wise arrival/departure/late/early/work hrs for a month.
5. OVERTIME PAID : Total OT hrs and OT paid hrs for a month.
6. LEAVE BALANCE : Leave balances at the current date.
7. LEAVE CONSUMPTION : Details of various leaves taken in the particular month.
8. ABSENT MEMO : Individual Absent memo.
9. LATE / EARLY / ABSENT : Summary for total Late hrs/ Early hrs and Absent for a month.
10. LATE ARRIVAL : Date wise late hrs and total late hrs for a month.
11. LATE ARRIVAL MEMO : Individual late memo.
12. EARLY DEPARTURE : Date wise early hrs / total early hrs for a month.
13. EARLY DEPARTURE MEMO: Individual early departure memo.

16. TOTAL LATE’S : Total late no’.s for which leaves/paid days are deducting

D. YEARLY:
1. ABSENT : Month wise Absenteeism report for a year.
2. PRESENT : Month wise Presents report for a year.
3. MANDAYS : Month wise days utilisation report for a year.
4. LEAVE INFORMATION : Details for leave Credit / Opening / Avail and Encash in selected year.
5. PERFORMANCE : Month wise breakup of 365/366 days of year utilised with
Late/early no’s and hrs/ Work and OT hrs.
6. FORM 18 : Wage Leave Register Prescribed under Rule 102.
E. PERIODIC:
1. PERFORMANCE : Date wise Arrival/departure/Late/Early/Work hrs. for a period.
