The 37-627 Brute is a Brand New closer and not a Rebuild. It was designed from the original blueprints. The Brute closer is the best Replacement for the old Style Kawneer Husky closer on the market. It is an exact replacement hole for hole. This means there is no time wasted having to make changes to holes or using a retrofit kit, resulting in less time on the job and more profit in your pockets.

Double acting (non-handed).

Fully adjustable Latch and Sweep Valves. Includes an allen key adjustment inside the end of the closers to balance the spring to make sure it centers to 0 degrees every time.

105 degree hold open, no hold open & 90 degree hold open.

Hold open feature on closers can be disengaged to make the closers non-hold open.

Light duty for 2'6" doors. (Meets ADA requirements 8-1/2 lbs. exterior door with standard center hung arm)

Medium duty for 3'0" doors.

Heavy duty for 3'6" doors.

Extra heavy duty for 4'0" doors.
