A quick retrofit for keyed cam locks supplied as standard on a wide range of lockers, cabinets and cupboards. It can just as easily be fitted to units which don’t have a locking device already fitted, giving the user immediate, simple, keypad access without the hassle of keys!
This NEW heavier duty Cabinet Lock adds to our Cabinet Lock offering. The KL1200 Cabinet Lock is ideal in controlled use found on leisure centre lockers, medical carts, individuals’ cupboards, key cabinets etc. In more ‘challenging’ environments we needed to design a more robust lock. This new can handle tougher environments and heavy use.
Please see below for the slam lock option.

This new Cabinet Lock has a simple 10 button keypad and a badged bar buttons. The badge bar is hidden beneath the handle when in the locks position.
The CL1000 RH has 3 program levels:

Sub-Master Code
User Code
Functions :
Repeated Use
This is the default function and is already pre-programmed in new locks. It is the most common functions and is used where the same code will be repeatedly used.
Single Use (Locker Mode)
The user enters a single use code which will lock and then open the lock once only and be erased. This function is used for short term, multi occupancy applications e.g. a locker in a leisure centre.
The lock will now remain open until the next single use code is entered into the lock.

Battery failure override
The Cabinet Lock has been designed so an external PP3 battery can be placed against the external contacts beneath the handle so that the lock can be opened to replace batteries should they fail.
The procedure is as follows:
Place the contact points of the PP3 battery against the contact points at the base of the lock, making firm maintained contact.

The positive + PP3 terminal against the + contact on the lock, and the negative – PP3 terminal against the negative contact on the lock. See image.
Enter the Master Code.
The lock will now withdraw the locking pin allowing the lock to open.
Fit new batteries by removing the upper fixing bolt and swinging the lock down over the edge of the door. Refit the lock.
More information about this lock:
Before installing the lock, load the batteries and familiarise yourself with the operation and programming.
The handle will not turn until you enter the factory default Master Code 11 33 55 77 OR the User Code 22 44.
Please see the programming guide to now set your new Master and User Codes and to set different functions on lock if required.
