Dears Sirs Thank you very much for your excellent service. I located you on the internet and called about a lock. After thinking about it for awhile, I called and ordered the Trilogy Waterproof lock. It was bigger and more complex than I had imagined. I called again and inquired about getting a special jig tool for installation, but you advised against it, telling me to take my time and be careful. I did and successfully installed the lock. It is super! Then I received a statement in the mail. I thought I had paid by credit card but was in a hurry and sent the check anyway. The next day my credit card statement arrived showing I had indeed paid. I called you again and got the same cheerful treatment. You sent my check back as requested. Thank you for the great service and excellent product.

We used to have a lock something like this lock and one day it was dropped and broke. We didn't realize how much that keyless lock was appreciated until we were left without it. Being as we could not obtain another one (the company went belly-up) we had to revert back to the old standard lock. But for two years I have been watching the internet to see if another lock similar to be obtained within our price range. Our patience finally won out and you got in stock another brand of keyless lock with it only costing a few dollars more than out original one. There are a few differences that we have to get used to but, all in all we are once again a happy keyless entry family. Thank you so much
