Each magnetic lock comes with an armatuer and full
mounting hardware and template. The magnet and armatuer
are two seperate pieces. Usualy the magnet it mounted to
the top of the door frame and the armatuer is mounted to the top of the door.
If any Securitron product ever fails they will replace it for free!
Just send the defective item to them and they will replace it the following day!
