The easiest and least expensive way to build a Mag Stripe card access system.
Use your existing credit card or drivers license with mag stripe. This smart easy read magstripe card
reader
is a stand alone access control entry system which uses any ANSI standard track 2 magstripe card
such as bank cards, drivers licenses and credit cards! There's no need to carry an extra card. Connect
it to an electric strike or
magnetic lock.
This easy to use and compact reader is amazingly simple to program and can control access up to
1000 users. The reader is supplied with 100 "Phantom" cards that are used for programming.
The idea is to link a phantom programming card with each access card. If you need to do more
than 100 cards, extra cards are available as an option.
It's fully waterproof so this rugged card reader is designed for the harshest weather conditions. The
electroncs are enclosed in a hardened, waterproof resin while the durable reader head is stainless steel and rated to more than
1,000,000 swipes.
